I have a high attention to detail and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. For the past 2 years, I started working as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, further honing my ability to handle patient-related queries and administrative tasks efficiently. My responsibilities include appointment scheduling, calling unconfirmed appointments, checking on referrals, and sorting documents (Bulk Document Imports) for doctors and patients. Additionally, I create posts and video contents for the clinic's Facebook account.
