I had an extensive corporate experience as a Customer Service Specialist for 8 years in the Business Process Outsourcing Company and I am an experienced Client Concierge for three years in the freelance industry and a real estate cold caller for a year. My previous experiences have afforded me a well-rounded skill set such as;

-Initiating a call to C-Suite Prospective Clients and Clients to invite them to partake in one of our Podcast Shows and Events to share their expertise and achievements in the market.
-Response to social media chat inquiries (Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info) Email, and SMS inquiry
-Handles administrative tasks in coordinating with the client’s emails, set up meeting invites (via Zoom, Skype, and Microsoft Teams) sends out monthly newsletters, schedules social media posts, exports sales reports, contribution to short social media content, caption creation, and graphics.
-Called high volume of residential and business leads to set up an appointment between seller and acquisition manager, ensuring that a property will be closed for sale. And doing administrative tasks to collect and attend to some maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors and property manager
-handles auto insurance claims where I am solely responsible for the end-to-end process by proactively calling and sending an email to my insured, third party, assessors, and repairers for updates – making sure the settlement of their claim will be timely and efficient.
-Handling customers efficiently with any billing, technical issues, or even complaints they may have.
-Experience with CRMS and tools such as Pipedrive, Phantom Buster, Active Campaign, MOJO, Vonage, Buildium, Slack, Workday Asana, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications, trained with tools e.g., Shopify, Gorgias, and Zendesk.

-Furthermore, my educational background majoring in Mass Communication fits my passion for communicating with other people and I believe communication is more than just understanding the language. I think it will also be a key component in my relationship with my clients.
