Profile Description

I am organized and disciplined. I major in Psychology and passionate about mental health and wellbeing. I am a Registered Psychometrician and Certified Human Resource Associate and currently working on my Master’s degree in Psychology. My experiences centered on being a Human Resource Practitioner particularly Talent Acquisition and Training and Development. I am expert in conducting training needs analysis, crafting effective training designs, measuring and analyzing evaluation results, and turning data into a useful tool to guide management’s decisions.

As a Psychometrician, I am also expert in administering and scoring a psychological test, providing counseling and mental health support, and understanding the mechanisms behind other people’s behavior. I also gained experience conducting and facilitating workshops and seminars on topic related to mental health and leadership. I am also a college instructor, facilitating learning and creating a positive environment for students to enjoy learning.

In terms of my work ethics, I am always willing to learn and be trained from my seniors and can work independently without needing much supervision. I am reliable and conscientious and I always make sure that my work will reflect who I am as a person. I am a firm believer of continuous learning because there will always something new to learn everyday.

Some of my interests are reading self-help books, and I am particularly drawn to Mitch Albom’s work and how he’s able to stir reader’s emotion and curiosity. I read almost of his books and I super loved it. Occasionally, I went and enjoy hiking grounding myself with nature and being able to keep in touch with the One who sits upon the throne.

One of my greatest achievements was placing 5th in the National Examination on Certified Human Resource Associate and finished my college with flying colors. I am willing to take opportunities related to my field and even outside of it would be a wonderful opportunity for me.
