Profile Description

Being a virtual assistant is my dream job before entering BPO industry. Now that I think I possess some qualities needed, I wanted to try and do my best to achieve this goal. I've been with BPO industry for 5 years and I think it's time for me to proceed getting my dream job. Though I don't have an experience but having great team/partner that helps each other can definitely help me come out of my shell. I believe I can share my thoughts and help the client achieve their goal and become part of their success. I'm motivated, optimistic, patience and teachable. I will always do my best if task will be provided. Shifting career may be challenging but I believe if others can why can't I? Thank you.

I've been working as a customer service representative for almost 5 yrs and I learn how to deal different types of customers. I love the feeling of accomplishment I got whenever I was able to resolve their issues. Being an Experience ESL teacher is also very helpful. I can be able to understand and adjust their pace when communicating. Hence, it's challenging at the same time full of learning.
