I’ve worked for 2+ years in a digital marketing agency as both an Email Marketing Specialist and Klaviyo Technician, helping eCommerce clients with end-to-end email execution. This includes the technical setup and build of campaigns and flows (from Figma to Klaviyo), as well as creating sign-up forms. I’m very hands-on with the technical side, while also supporting clients with email strategy, segmentation, QA, and performance reporting.

For example, the pharmacy eCommerce client I worked with had an existing Welcome Email series, but subscribers were not receiving the emails due to technical issues. I identified the problem, rebuilt and redesigned the entire series including their pop-up form, resulting in £25,000+ in revenue and 1,000+ new subscribers in just 15 days.
