Manually recording transactions that don't auto-feed
Categorizing bank account and card transactions for client accounts
Reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ensuring all payables and receivables are correctly entered and tracked
Completing reconciliations to close out client end-of-month reports
Reviewing, preparing, and delivering monthly bookkeeping
Following up with clients to clarify information and finalize reports
Delivering finalized reports and reconciling client accounts
Assisting the company owner and managing partners as needed
Participating in virtual meetings and briefings with the company
