I also do Cold calling, contacting warm-provided leads through phone or e-mail, and qualifying the seller's property to sell either providing a cash offer or assisting them in listing their properties on the market. Mainly I Perform analysis on their property value using comps, city and county data, market trends, and research to make an offer to their property up to closing deals.
