I have spent a total of 5 years and 7 months in Mercedes-Benz Group Services Philippines, Inc. With a total of 4 processes handled: 1) Invoice Verification - Accounts Payable for 1 year and 8 months 2) System Access Management and 3) Data Encoding of Sales for 1 year and 7 months 4) Costing of Planned Car Engineering Innovation for 2 years up until present. These processes sharpened my Time Management skills due to operational demands along with my data analysis to submit deliverables in a correct and complete manner taking into account the agreed timeline. My soft skills were also sharpened especially with Microsoft Excel. New learnings are what I am truly interested of, specially if it is something that would catch my attention and heart. I persevere to learn, acquire and excel in these skills to offer excellent service to the organization.

Bookkeeper for a Sole Proprietor company who render services. I am responsible for maintaining the books like logging the appropriate journal entries in the Journal and post these in the general ledger. Also responsible for generation of the financial statements needed for tax compliance and business analysis.

Back office cost accounting for planned engineering changes under Research and Development Accounting. I verify if all costs for the material numbers are correctly inputted.

• Recheck and verify if all the details from the actual invoice matches with the information found in the SAP Netweaver accounting system. • Update discrepancy in SAP system versus actual invoice. • Consolidate all productivity tracker from processors and create efficiency, volume and comparative reports needed for capacity steering and day-to-day operational strategy.
