Get to know Her: Who is SHIE?
.
Shie is someone who never fit neatly into one box, and eventually stopped trying.
.
Fresh out of a Management Accounting degree, she applied to every job she could find: finance, admin, creative, marketing. Like most new grads, she just needed to start somewhere.
.
But no matter how wide she searched, she kept getting hired for creative and marketing projects.
.
A social media role for a film director.
Research for a creative studio.
Design and content tasks for small brands.
Funnel builds and strategy for a mentor.
.
The shift wasn’t planned. It simply felt like the universe was nudging her toward the path she quietly hoped to take.

For months, she tried sticking to one niche at a time because that’s what everyone said she “should” do. Finance. Admin and Ops. Marketing. Funnels. But every time she squeezed herself into a box, it felt wrong. Too limiting. Too far from how she naturally works.

So she stopped forcing it and built Her Department instead.
.
A space that holds everything she can do and everything she’s still learning.

Not an agency.
Not a big studio.
Just her: showing up with creativity, intention, and the willingness to grow alongside the people she works with.

Her Department became her way of saying it’s okay to have range.
It’s okay to be curious.
It’s okay to build a career that expands instead of narrows.
