I am Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info -- a highly energetic, friendly, and fun individual.
I have been working as a freelance virtual assistant, bookkeeper, and data entry specialist for almoat 13 years now. I work on different projects from employers in Australia, Canada, and the US. I work from home and all my tasks are purely online. I have been a freelancer for a long time and have been doing / have done virtual assistance, which includes:- Simple accounting and working on QuickBooks Online, Xero, Mint, MYOB, and  ExpenseWire- WordPress tasks (changing HTML codes, creating pages, posting articles, uploading videos and images, creating forms, etc.)- Proofreading- A whole lot of data entry onto my employers' websites- Web content editing- Website testing- Some transcription jobs
Some of the different applications / tools that I have used and still use include the following:- ASANA (a team management tool)- Infusionsoft (an e-mail marketing and sales platform)- MailChimp (an email marketing service provider)- Buffer (a social media platform that provides tools to help individuals, businesses, and publishers build an audience online and engage with followers as effectively as possible)- Trello (a collaboration tool that organizes your projects into boards)- Constant Contact (a tool for creating effective email and other online marketing campaigns)- EverNote (a suite of software and services, designed for note-taking and archiving)- iContact (an international online service provider of email marketing and social media marketing to small, mid-sized, and premier businesses)- Slack (a team collaboration tool)- Saasu (a cloud accounting tool)- AWeber (an auto-responder / email marketing tool for any business)- PicMonkey, Pixlr, and Upgrade to see actual info (online photo editing services)- Zoho CRM (a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that delivers complete CRM functionality)- Zen Cart (an online store management system)- Big Commerce (an e-commerce platform for fast-growth businesses)- Teamviewer (a proprietary computer software package for remote control, desktop sharing, online meetings, web conferencing and file transfer between computers)- Joomla (a content management system (CMS), which enables you to build Web sites and powerful online applications)
I am very good at utilizing cloud storage like Dropbox, Box Sync, OneDrive, Copy, and Google Drive.
From August 2011 to May 2012, I worked as a Virtual Assistant for an Australian client, who is a Coach Marketing Expert. I helped with his WordPress site (creating pages and posting blogs), in setting up appointments for him and his prospective Joint Venture partners, and with some other tasks. During my stay in his company, some of the applications that I learned to use were:- Office Autopilot- Basecamp- Hootsuite- FireFox S3- TimeDriver- Text Magic- Zendesk- Assistly- GoToWebinar- Vimeo
A couple of years before working for an Australian employer, I worked as an English teacher in an English academy for Koreans and other Asians. In the same academy, I worked as a Head Teacher for a month -- handling teacher applications, placement tests for students, payroll, and other administrative duties.
Prior to my teaching job at the English academy, I worked as a Communication and Culture Trainer at Convergys, where I developed the communication and soft skills of call center agents. I also worked as a Communication Trainer at ExcelAsia Training and Development Inc. for a year and as a Communication Skills / Client Specifics Training Officer for a year and eight months at TELUS International Philippines Inc. I am well knowledgeable in developing and creating modules, constructing training needs analysis, coaching (agents and team leaders), and of course, training and teaching. As a Communication Skills Trainer, I have been tasked to execute some Quality Assurance Analyst jobs, as well.
For a long time before working in the corporate world, I worked as a Private Tutor, a Math Teacher, and a Pre-school Teacher. I have interacted with students of different levels, from different schools, and of different nationalities (Koreans, Germans, Filipinos, and Americans).
I own and manage my personal blog site (Upgrade to see actual info), in which I am also the content writer. I am familiar with working on HTML and CSS codes, resizing, cropping, and editing images... and other stuff related to image editing and working on the back-end (admin) of a site; because if this, I know how to use Social Media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram quite well.
I have a good command of English and can freely express myself using the language.
