I've been working online as an Accounting Assistant for almost 3 years. I was assigned to enter all the receipts, expenses, invoices and billings in Quickbooks, maintain the Bank Reconciliation. Encode entries for bought and sold properties.
I've been working in the field of Accounting for 18 years. I was the one in-charged in preparing vouchers and checks for disbursements.
Encode all the receipts and disbursements in the system (Quickbook and Peachtree).
I also prepare adjusting entries and bank reconciliations.
I do prepare schedules for Accounts Receivable and Inventories.
I've been an Accounts Payable Staff for almost two years using the SAP system.
I was also doing the payroll using the Balmori system for four years.
Process and prepare BIR payments monthly, quarterly and annually (Withholding Tax, Vat Payable, BIR Relief and Alphalist)
