I pre-qualify them according to the 4 Pillars such us: Motivation, condition, time frame and Price. I have been trained in  TTP making calls and know how to turn in the detailed documentation.

I have an extensive experience in research and providing Lead Generation for a wholesale real estate company and different industries like eCommerce and fitness. Web Research/Web Scraping:
