My background includes working on banking and financial technology projects such as loan origination systems, loan management systems, and credit card onboarding systems. I have experience managing development teams and working closely with business analysts, QA teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery is aligned with scope, timeline, quality, and business expectations.

I also have hands-on technical experience ---------- programming, Java, OutSystems, Object-Oriented Programming, software design patterns, and the full Software Development Life Cycle. This technical background helps me communicate effectively with developers, understand system dependencies, review technical concerns, and manage software delivery more effectively.
