YouTube Script Writer (Remote, Part-Time, Full-Time)

We are looking for a hungry and motivated script writer who is willing to learn, take feedback, and grow with our team. We are willing to train the right person through lessons, examples, and hands-on feedback to help you improve your writing style and skill.

If you are only looking to make quick money or do this temporarily, this is not for you.

We are building a long-term team of writers that we are willing to invest time and training into who are eager to improve, adapt, and master the craft of YouTube script writing over time.

What You'll Do
• Write 4–8 scripts per month (8–20 minutes each)
• Research topics and gather accurate information
• Write engaging, retention-focused scripts with strong hooks and storytelling
• Adapt to our channel's voice, pacing, and style
• Collaborate with editors and the creative team to maximize viewer retention
• Learn and improve through feedback and training materials

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who already has a decent foundation in script writing but is also willing to improve. The ideal candidate is hungry to learn, takes feedback well, and is committed to continuously developing their script-writing skills and adapting to our style.

? 1+ year of YouTube script writing experience (recommended)
? Strong research and storytelling skills
? Understanding of viewer retention, hooks, open loops, and pacing
? Ability to write clear, engaging, and easy-to-follow scripts
? Strong attention to detail and fact-checking
? Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
? Hungry to learn and grow as a writer
