To show you’ve read this entire job description, start your application with the words:
“Blue Elephant”
Applications that do not include this phrase will not be considered.
One additional suggestion: because you’re concerned about accountability, I’d include a note such as:
This role uses time tracking software with optional screenshots while working, and we expect accurate time reporting. We value honesty and long-term relationships above all else.
That one sentence tends to deter applicants who are planning to work multiple full-time jobs simultaneously, while not putting off genuine candidates. This is also consistent with common advice for creating detailed, transparent job posts that attract stronger applicants.
