WordPress Publishing & Internal Linking Assistant

Ravine Group Insurance Services is a fast-growing commercial insurance agency based in Clearwater, Florida. We specialize in helping business owners, contractors, and trades companies across Florida protect what they have built. We are expanding our website and need one detail-oriented WordPress assistant to publish and organize our existing content. If you are meticulous, fast, and take pride in clean formatting and working links, we want to hear from you. This is a publishing and organizing role only. You will not write content and you will not do SEO strategy. We provide the finished material — your job is to upload it, format it properly, and build the internal linking structure exactly as instructed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
— Upload our existing service pages and blog posts into WordPress
— Format headings, spacing, images, and featured images cleanly and consistently
— Assign categories and tags, and add metadata when we provide it
— Build internal links using Link Whisper and verify every link manually
— Identify orphan pages and connect blog posts to the right service pages
— Check for broken links and formatting errors before marking anything done
— Maintain a publishing tracker so every page is accounted for

WHAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO:
— Write content, do keyword research, or make SEO strategy decisions
— Redesign the website or edit theme code
— Build backlinks or touch anything outside the pages assigned
— Mark a page complete without checking formatting and links first

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
— Fluent written English and clear communication
— Proven WordPress experience — uploading, formatting, and publishing pages
— Hands-on experience with Link Whisper (or the ability to prove you can learn it fast)
— A sharp eye for consistent formatting and clean layouts
— Experience keeping accurate trackers of your own work
— Ability to start within 7 days of offer

THE REALITY OF THIS ROLE:
This is a project with a clear finish line: every page and blog uploaded, formatted, internally linked, checked, and tracked. We pay by milestone — first batch of pages, then blogs and categories, then internal linking and final QA. If your work is clean and reliable, ongoing monthly maintenance is available. If you take pride in precise, tidy work that is done right the first time — this project was built for you.
