We are Newgence Web Solutions, a growing web development and digital marketing agency based in theUK.

We build modern, high-performing WordPress websites and help businesses across the UK improve their online presence through SEO and digital marketing.

We are looking for a full-time WordPress Developer based in the Philippines who is passionate about web development, eager to learn and wants to build a long-term career with our company.

This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for training, career progression and salary reviews.

Job Responsibilities
You will work alongside our UK team to:

Build WordPress websites using Elementor Pro
Update and maintain existing client websites
Create responsive pages for desktop, tablet and mobile
Upload and format website content
Optimise images and website performance
Assist with on-page SEO
Follow Rank Math SEO recommendations
Create banners, graphics and simple marketing materials
Edit and resize images using Photoshop or Canva
Fix minor website issues
Install and configure WordPress plugins
Assist with website migrations and backups
Ensure websites are secure and regularly updated

Essential Skills
WordPress
Elementor Pro
HTML & CSS
Basic SEO knowledge
Good eye for design and layout
Image optimisation
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Excellent written English
Strong attention to detail
