Website Manager (WordPress / Elementor / WooCommerce)

Spiritus (www.spiritus.art) is an international arts and nonprofit organization creating sacred music, recordings, performances, and multimedia projects. As Spiritus grows, our website continues to expand with recordings, photography, video, educational resources, international collaborations, and new project sections. We care deeply about creating a website that is elegant, visually beautiful, well organized, and enjoyable to explore.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Website Manager to take primary responsibility for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and expansion of our website.

This is a long-term freelance position as part of our growing operations team in the Philippines, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as Spiritus continues to expand.

Responsibilities
*Build and edit pages using WordPress and Elementor
*Manage and update WooCommerce products and content
*Upload and organize photos, audio, video, and other media
*Create new pages and website sections
*Troubleshoot website issues and plugin conflicts
*Keep the website organized, mobile-friendly, and running smoothly
*Help implement new features and improvements

Requirements
*Strong experience with WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce
*Excellent attention to detail
*Able to work independently and solve problems
*Strong written English communication

Experience with GoDaddy hosting, basic SEO, or media-rich websites is a plus.

Hours
Approximately 10–30 hours per month initially, with additional work available as Spiritus grows.
