JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Webinar Moderator & Executive Assistant

Company: Good Credit Now 101

Remote Position (Part-Time)

Pay: $5.00 Per Hour

Hours: Approximately 8–10 Hours Per Week

Potential to grow into a full time Executive Assistant position.

Good Credit Now 101 is seeking a Webinar Moderator & Executive Assistant to assist with weekly webinars, appointment confirmations, CRM management, calendar organization, and administrative support.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and able to help our company grow.

Responsibilities:

Assist with weekly live webinars

Monitor webinar chat and attendee engagement

Drop links in the chat during live presentations

Welcome attendees and answer basic questions

Send webinar reminders before events

Follow up with attendees after webinars

Organize attendee lists and notes

Update GoHighLevel CRM

Maintain accurate records and lead notes

Confirm appointments and send reminders

Assist with calendar management

Assist with email support

Assist with administrative tasks as assigned

Work directly with the CEO and leadership team

Weekly Schedule:

Thursday

2 hours before webinar

During webinar

1 hour after webinar

Friday

Lead follow-up

CRM updates

Appointment confirmations

Administrative support

Additional hours may become available based on performance.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills

Reliable internet connection

Professional attitude

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently

Experience with Zoom preferred

Experience with GoHighLevel preferred

Experience as a Virtual Assistant preferred

Experience with customer service preferred

Compensation:

$5.00 per hour
