**Webflow & Graphic Designer**
*Part-Time · Remote · Potential to Transition to Full-Time*
WISK.ai is a leading food and beverage cost management platform trusted by thousands of bars, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality businesses worldwide. We help operators take control of their inventory, reduce waste, and improve profitability through smart, intuitive software.
**ROLE OVERVIEW**
We're hiring a part-time Webflow & Graphic Designer to own the design and build of WISK.ai's marketing website, landing pages, and campaign pages — and to support our Paid Ads team with graphic content for ad creative. You'll take ideas and briefs from concept through to a fully designed, fully built, live page or ready-to-run ad asset, working directly with our founders, marketing, and paid ads team.
This starts as a part-time role, with the potential to transition to full-time for the right person as the work grows. If you're looking to prove yourself in a fast-moving environment and grow into a bigger role over time, this is a great starting point. We're looking to fill this role quickly, so candidates who can start ASAP are strongly preferred.
This is a design-first role: you need to be genuinely comfortable in Figma and have a strong visual eye, not just a Webflow builder who can assemble pre-made blocks. Just as important, you need to be someone who actually uses AI — tools like Claude — as part of how you design. We want someone who can prompt, iterate, and combine AI-generated concepts with their own design skill to produce better work, faster, than a designer working without it.
To be direct about why this matters: we've found that designers who lean on AI well are simply producing sharper, faster work than those who don't. This role is for someone who's already ahead on that curve — not someone who needs to be convinced AI belongs in a design workflow.
You'll have real ownership. What you design and build ships live within days, not months, and you'll directly shape how thousands of hospitality businesses first experience WISK.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
**Design**
- Design clean, modern, high-converting pages for the marketing site, campaigns, and landing pages — from wireframes and user flows through final, pixel-perfect UI mockups.
- Apply core UX principles — information architecture, visual hierarchy, usability, and responsive design — to every page you design.
- Maintain and evolve a component library and design system so the site stays visually and structurally consistent as it grows.
- Build interactive prototypes to test and communicate how a page or flow should look and feel before it's built.
- Translate rough briefs, product updates, or campaign ideas into polished page designs quickly.
- Use AI tools (Claude, Midjourney, or similar) as a standard part of your process — for concept exploration, visual variations, and speeding up production.
**Build (Webflow)**
- Build and publish your own designs directly in Webflow — translating Figma mockups into fully responsive, pixel-perfect live pages.
- Update Webflow CMS content (collections, page content) as needed for new pages and campaigns.
**Paid Ads Support**
- Design graphic content for paid ad campaigns (static and simple motion creative) across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Produce multiple ad variations quickly for A/B testing, using AI tools to speed up concepting and iteration.
- Adapt existing brand and web assets into ad-ready formats and sizes.
**Collaboration**
- Work closely with the CEO on brand direction, priorities, and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support product launches, campaigns, and A/B tests on tight timelines.
- Support the Paid Ads team with graphic content and quick turnarounds on ad creative requests.
- Partner with our Webflow developer on more complex builds, custom code, or technical implementation.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
**Must-Haves**
- Comfortable and fluent in Figma — this is a design-first role, not just page assembly.
- You actively use AI (e.g. Claude) as part of your design process — for concepting, generating variations, refining copy, or speeding up production — and can show specific examples of this in your work.
- A strong portfolio showing both visual design work and live, shipped Webflow builds.
- Experience designing graphic content for paid ads (social, display, or similar) — you know how to design for scroll-stopping performance, not just aesthetics.
- 2+ years of hands-on Webflow experience: Designer, CMS, Interactions, and publishing workflows.
- Ability to translate Figma (or your own) designs into fully responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow builds.
- A fast turnaround time without sacrificing quality — you should be comfortable producing polished, launch-ready pages quickly.
- Strong fundamentals: typography, layout, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Solid grasp of UI/UX principles — wireframing, user flows, information architecture, responsive design, and usability best practices.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Clear, proactive communicator — comfortable giving quick updates and flagging blockers without being chased.
- Reliable availability for part-time hours with quick turnaround on marketing-driven requests.
- Ability to attend weekly tea
**Nice-to-Haves**
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for custom code embeds when Webflow's native tools aren't enough.
- Experience with Webflow Memberships, Webflow Logic, or Webflow Apps.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Experience with analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices.
- Experience with interaction design and micro-animations to enhance usability.
- Background or interest in SaaS, hospitality, or food & beverage.
- Basic experience with Zapier or Make for AI-assisted workflow automation.
