Your role will be to support the web team and Project Manager to ensure projects are running on schedule. You will be supporting our clients with the day-to-day website edit content requests and ad-hoc functionality enhancements. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where there are often competing demands and short timeframes.
The Web Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of website and project coordination across multiple sites.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get in and take ownership of all things web, including the implementation of a new customer portal. Reporting directly to the Web Director, you will be part of a fun, energetic team that strives to make the most of every opportunity in a collaborative environment.
As the Web Coordinator, you will work directly with clients to assess their requirements and scope projects. You will be working closely with the Project Manager with one on one training until you have your mid-level projects and clients. We’re looking for someone eager to learn and help our project team, developers, and graphic designers.
This position provides a great all-around experience in the Web and or APP industry. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated and organized - ready to dive in and coordinate website projects.
-Building and maintenance of current and future new websites and ensuring within brand guidelines
-Coordinate with developers, graphic designers, photographers, marketing in the Sydney office and those remote with front-end website improvements and new website designs
-Help to develop, create and coordinate, as well as manage all content on client websites
-Coordinating website support requests for our clients.
-Conceptualize the website design process and support the website development team.
-Attend and organize client meetings via zoom on feedback on websites and review phases
-Working alongside graphic designers for web design
-Learning and applying SEO best practices across sites
-Support the Project Manager and team on the initial scope, proposal, quoting, briefing and deliverable.

Skills & Experience
-At least one year of experience working with clients and/or coordinating deadline deliverables.
-Great understanding of working with developers and designers - interfacing between clients and tea
-Some knowledge of web design and WordPress, but not essential
-Experience using Word Press, Mailchimp, and project management tools, but not essential as training will be provided.
-High attention to detail - this is crucial to ensuring websites meet requirements
-Strong stakeholder management skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Comfortable using time tracker
