About Us

We're a digital marketing agency that runs paid ads and builds funnels for service businesses: med spas, hospitality, real estate, and professional services. We don't stop at delivering a page. We build pages that turn clicks into booked appointments and closed deals.

We're looking for someone who can design fast and design well. Most designers can make something look nice. Fewer can make something look nice, load fast, and actually convert. That second skill is the one we care about most.

What You'll Do

- Design high-converting landing pages, funnels, and site sections for client campaigns using GHL and WordPress
- Turn around new pages or edits within 24 hours of a request
- Work closely with our marketing and ad teams to make sure design supports campaign goals
- Use AI tools to speed up design production without sacrificing quality
- Jump between multiple client accounts and brand styles in the same week

What We're Looking For

- Please do not send a resume or portfolio site. Instead, send us direct links to 3-5 of the best-designed landing pages, funnels, or sites you've personally built. We want to see the actual work, live.
- Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, and conversion-focused design
- Comfortable working quickly and turning around a page within 24 hours
- Comfortable using AI tools (like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to speed up your workflow
- Available full-time, 9am to 5pm PST
- Bonus: experience designing for home services, medspa/wellness, or property management brands

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST.
