# Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant (GoHighLevel Experience Required)
**About Us**
West Coast Carz is a fast-growing California vehicle rental company looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Executive Assistant/Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.
### Responsibilities
* Answer customer phone calls using our company Google Voice number.
* Respond to
* Guide customers through our rental application process.
* Review applications and collect required documents.
* Manage leads and customer communication inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
* Build and manage workflows, pipelines, automations, and CRM records.
* Schedule appointments and assist with daily business operations.
* Provide excellent customer service.
### Requirements
* **Previous GoHighLevel experience is REQUIRED.**
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
* Reliable computer and high-speed internet.
* Able to work independently and solve problems.
