Virtual Assistant Wanted

Hi! My name is Linus. I run a small but growing online business, and the admin side is starting to eat the hours I should be spending on growth. That's where you come in.

I'm looking for a reliable virtual assistant for a full-time, long-term position (40 hours/week) — not a one-week gig. If we work well together, the plan is for you to take on more responsibility over time, with raises to match.

Your tasks will include:

Managing my inbox — sorting, flagging what matters, replying to routine emails
Basic customer support (answering common questions, handling simple requests)
Data entry and keeping our Google Sheets organized and up to date
Online research — products, suppliers, competitors, whatever the week needs
Scheduling and posting prepared content on social media
Small admin tasks that pop up from week to week

You don't need to be an expert in all of this. I provide training and clear instructions for everything — what I can't train is reliability and honesty, so that's what I'm hiring for.

What I'm looking for:

Good written English
Own computer and stable internet
Organized and careful with details
Someone who communicates — if something is unclear or you make a mistake, just tell me. I never get upset about questions or honest mistakes. I do get upset about silence.
Some overlap with European daytime hours (CET) is a plus, but most tasks are flexible
