Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help manage and grow our Instagram presence and handle basic design tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Find and engage with target audiences on Instagram
2. Send direct messages (DMs) to selected users
3. Like and follow relevant accounts
4. Comment on posts to encourage users to check their DMs
5. Track all responses, and document who replied and who didn’t
6. Follow up with users who show interest in collaboration
7. Create and manage new Instagram accounts
8. (Bonus) Use CapCut to make ---------- s or engaging short videos
9. Create simple graphic design content (e.g., IG posts, stories, or ---------- s using Canva or similar tools)

Requirements:

* Fast response time
* Ability to read and write English clearly
* Prior experience with Instagram engagement tasks preferred
* Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) a strong plus
* Familiarity with CapCut or similar tools is a bonus

Work Hours:

* 3 hours per day (Part-time)
* Flexible schedule, but must be responsive during work hours

Pay:

* $5 USD/hour (Approx. 295 PHP/hour)
* Paid weekly via preferred method
