Virtual Assistant NEEDED (Experienced!)

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is SMART, FAST and works hard. I run an online coaching business based in the Netherlands, and I love working with dedicated, detail-oriented VAs long-term.

About my business: I coach women who have had cancer, helping them rebuild energy, confidence and a full life after treatment. My program combines hypnotherapy, coaching and lifestyle guidance, delivered through an online course platform and group program.

I am looking to add someone HARD WORKING, HONEST and DEDICATED to the team as soon as possible!

Important: all our content, our course platform, and our client communication is in DUTCH. You do NOT need to speak Dutch, but you DO need to be comfortable working with Dutch text and interfaces, and know how to use tools like ChatGPT or Claude to understand or translate content when needed. This is a MUST.

Tasks will include (but are not limited to):
• Uploading and organizing videos in our (Dutch-language) course platform (Huddle)
• Basic video editing (trimming intros/outros)
• Email marketing support in ActiveCampaign / MailBlue
• General VA tasks: data entry, formatting, recurring admin work

Experience with ActiveCampaign or MailBlue is a big plus.

Must be technologically SAVVY, a fast learner, and comfortable navigating software in a language you don't speak. We work with clear deadlines and clear instructions, but I need someone who pays attention to detail and follows directions precisely.
