Role Overview
We are hiring a Virtual Assistant – Client Onboarding Specialist to manage the full onboarding process for new clients. You will be the first point of contact, guiding clients through setup, collecting documents, updating our CRM, and ensuring a smooth start to their service as well as walking clients through their credit audits.

This is a long term role with a clear path to Team Lead as we expand.

Responsibilities
-Conduct onboarding calls with new clients
-Collect required documents and verify completeness
-Update CRM workflows and client profiles
-Send welcome messages, reminders, and follow?ups
-Schedule calls using built in system
-Maintain organized communication and escalate issues when needed
-Track onboarding KPIs (completion rate, response time, accuracy)
-Provide daily updates and weekly reports

Required Skills & Qualities
-Excellent English communication (spoken + written)
-Strong customer service presence on calls
-Highly organized and detail?oriented
-Comfortable working U.S. hours (anywhere from 6:00am-8pm CST)
-Fast learner with ability to follow SOPs
-Reliable internet and quiet workspace
-Experience with CRM tools is a plus

Team Lead Promotion Path
-As we scale, we will be building multiple teams consisting of different roles. High?performing VAs will be eligible for:
-Team Lead role
-Higher pay tier
-Leadership responsibilities
-Training new VAs
-Managing onboarding KPIs
-Overseeing workflow quality

*Full time contractor position*
-Must be available for client onboarding calls during a U.S. business?hours window: 6 AM – 8 PM CST
-Actual daily hours are flexible, but responsiveness within this window is required
-Weekly workload: 40 hours equivalent
-Occasional weekend communication only for urgent client issues (rare)

Compensation Structure (Tiered Growth Model)

0–50 clients: $700/month (39,200 PHP)
51–125 clients: $800/month (44,800 PHP)
126–250 clients: $900/month (50,400 PHP) ---------- clients: $1,000/month + Ability to become team lead + Performance Bonuses for Team Lead role (56,000 PHP)
