Virtual Assistant – Data Entry & Original Graphic Design

The Virtual Assistant will support daily listing creation and content production across Etsy, Shopify, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok. This role blends structured data entry with hands?on graphic design — producing original, non?AI?looking graphics that match brand standards.

You will begin by reporting directly to the owner. Once you demonstrate reliability, initiative, and an understanding of the company’s needs, you will be expected to create posts and listings independently, without micromanagement.

Primary communication will take place through WhatsApp.

????? Key Responsibilities
Data Entry for Listings — titles, tags, descriptions, attributes, and platform?specific formatting.

Original Graphic Design — creating unique, professional graphics for product listings and social posts.

Platform?Ready Content Creation for Etsy, Shopify, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok.

Post Scheduling & Publishing once trained and trusted.

Basic Administrative Support — organizing files, tracking tasks, and maintaining listing consistency.

Learning & Adaptation — adopting new tools, workflows, and design standards as the business evolves.

? Required Skills & Qualities
Proven graphic design experience (portfolio required).

Ability to create original, non?AI?looking graphics — AI may be used as a tool, but not for final designs.

High attention to detail and accuracy in both design and data entry.

Self?starter mentality — able to take initiative and work without constant oversight.

Efficiency in completing tasks with minimal revision needed.

Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to new workflows.

Strong communication skills via WhatsApp.

Familiarity with Etsy, Shopify, Pinterest, Instagram, or TikTok is a plus.

Part?time hours

Starting pay: $2/hr

Pay review after 60 days based on performance, reliability, and skill growth

Report initially to the owner; transition to independent posting once trained
