Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Ticketing Support (Concerts & Sports) - Gig

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable Virtual Assistant to help manage ticket sales and customer support for sports games, concerts, and live events. The role involves communicating with customers, managing ticket listings, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth ticket delivery through various ticket-selling platforms. The ideal candidate is reliable, easy to train, and able to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.

Responsibilities:

Be available during event days and matchdays for sports games (which usually falls on weekends) .

Respond to client messages regarding ticket orders, delivery, or concerns.

Upload, list, buy, and sell tickets on ticket-selling platforms.

Manage ticket inventory and monitor stock availability.

Maintain and update ticket POS systems and track transactions.

Ensure timely ticket delivery and accurate order handling.

Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth ticket operations during high-demand events.

Required Skills:

Experience with online platforms and inventory tracking

Working Hours:

Flexible (this will be task based meaning you may or may not have days off) remote work setup

Must be available during major events and matchdays
