About Us

Midas Solutions IAA is a Canadian AI marketing agency based in Montreal, Canada. We help solar companies get qualified appointments through paid ads and AI-driven CRM automation. We currently manage 6 client accounts plus our own in-house solar company, backed by an experienced 8-figure marketing team.
About the Role

You'll run the daily ad and appointment operations for our solar clients — checking in with clients, managing Meta Ads Manager, reviewing our CRM (GoHighLevel), creating ad creatives, and helping book/confirm appointments. You'll report to our CMO and work directly with our founders, sales manager, and HR.

Daily Tasks
Message clients each morning on ---------- to check if anything's needed
Review Meta Ads Manager + GoHighLevel for leads/appointments booked per client
Check CRM conversation summaries to confirm our AI agents are booking quality appointments
Analyze whether ads are bringing qualified appointments (not just leads)
Record a Loom video reporting results/insights to the CMO
Create static image and video ad creatives when changes are needed; send to team lead for approval before publishing
Join weekly client meetings
Check Retell AI to verify if AI is performing well
Create fb ads for the client

Requirements
Experience with Meta Ads Manager (setup, monitoring, optimizing)
Experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel a strong plus)
Can create simple static and video ad creatives
Strong English (written and spoken)
Comfortable making outbound calls
Organized enough to manage multiple client accounts at once
Stable internet + quiet space for calls and meetings

Nice to Have
Solar, home services, or lead-gen marketing experience
Experience using ---------- and Loom
Wants to grow into a bigger role as we scale
