Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Filipino Virtual Assistant with a strong background in graphic design and the ability to provide technical support when needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable troubleshooting software, hardware, and basic IT-related issues. This role combines creative design work with administrative and technical support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design (Primary Responsibility)
Create professional marketing materials, advertisements, social media graphics, email banners, presentations, and promotional content.
Design and edit product mockups, brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
Create and update website graphics and visual content.
Edit photos and perform basic video editing when required.
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
Technical Support (Secondary Responsibility)
Provide basic technical support for employees and clients.
Troubleshoot common software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Assist with software installations, updates, and account setup.
Support CRM, email platforms, and business software applications.
Document technical issues and resolutions.
Coordinate with external IT providers when advanced support is required.
Assist with maintaining company devices and technology assets.

Required Qualifications
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Based in the Philippines.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with Canva and other design platforms.
Strong understanding of branding, layout design, typography, and color theory.
Experience providing technical support or IT assistance.
Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience working with U.S.-based companies.

Backup internet solution preferred.
Quiet home office environment.
Quality headset and webcam.
