About Us:
TMB Tax Bureau and our family of brands produce daily content — financial literacy reels, promo videos, educational series, and ad creatives — with a bold, community-centered brand voice. We need a video editor who can move fast and keep our content pipeline full.
What You'll Do:
Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) from raw footage, voiceovers, and b-roll
Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, and sound effects that stop the scroll
Follow brand guidelines: our signature deep forest green and gold palette, brand fonts, and visual standards
Edit longer-form content as needed (trainings, promos, course videos)
Turn around edits quickly and manage multiple projects per week
Organize and maintain our video asset library
Collaborate with our team on creative direction and revisions
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience editing short-form social video (portfolio or samples required)
Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and what performs on social media
Ability to add clean captions and simple motion graphics
Detail-oriented with brand consistency (colors, fonts, style)
Reliable internet and a computer that can handle video editing
Canva experience is a plus
