Real Estate Video Editor

We're looking for a video editor who can take raw footage and turn it into something people actually want to watch. If you know how to cut for pacing, not just for length, and you have an eye for what keeps viewers hooked in the first 3 seconds, this is for you. These specific videos will be geared towards REAL ESTATE CONTENT.
NOTE: The type of employment will be a Gig first, which will turn into full-time if we like your work.

What You'll Be Doing

Editing short-form and potentially long-form videos (YouTube, social media, ads depending on the project)
Adding captions, sound effects, music, and basic motion graphics
Color correcting and cleaning up audio
Organizing raw footage and keeping project files tidy
Turning around edits quickly without sacrificing quality
Taking feedback and revising without needing everything spelled out twice

What We're Looking For

A strong portfolio or demo reel (this is required or applications without one won't be reviewed)
Solid experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
Good sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling
Can work with minimal supervision once you understand the style we want.

Need to Have

Experience editing for YouTube or short-form platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Facebook)
Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects)
Experience editing for a brand or business, not just personal projects.
