Video Editor

Location : Remote Job

We’re hiring video editor to become the first hire in a new media division within our company.

This role starts with short-form content for Instagram and Facebook. As systems, style, and performance are dialled in, the role will evolve, with room to grow alongside the division.

This is not a “just do the edits” role. We want someone who cares about quality, wants to improve fast, and is excited to push their skills and output to a higher level.

What you’ll be working on
- Short-form videos for Instagram Reels and Facebook
- High-retention edits with strong hooks, pacing, and clean visuals
- On-screen text, captions, cuts, and basic motion graphics
- Following and helping refine a clear brand style

Required skills

- Strong understanding of attention, retention, and storytelling
- Ability to execute feedback accurately and improve quickly
