Video Editor

We are looking for a long-term video editor to produce high-performing paid ads for an e-commerce beauty brand (for Meta ads)

You will edit:
1. UGC ads
2. Short-form voiceover ads
3. 2-5 minute VSL-style ads
4. AI voiceover ads
5. Creative iterations based on winning ads

We will provide scripts, product clips, creator footage, examples, SOPs, and tools.

You must be able to follow briefs closely, edit fast, communicate clearly, and improve based on feedback.

Requirements
1. Strong video editing skills
2. Able to work full time or at least 6 days per week
3. Able to edit strong hooks, clean captions, good pacing, and smooth transitions
4. Able to source stock footage, B-roll, clips, and animations online when needed
5. Comfortable using AI tools or willing to learn
6. Able to follow scripts, inspo ads, and revision notes carefully
7. Clear English communication
8. Reliable, organised, and able to meet deadlines
9. Interested in learning direct response ads and performance editing

Tools
You should be comfortable with tools such as:
1. Premiere Pro
2. CapCut
3. After Effects
4. ElevenLabs or similar voiceover tools
5. AI video tools
6. Envato or other stock footage websites
7. ---------- and Google Sheets

Expected Turnaround
1. 30-80 second ads: around 2-4 hours
2. 2-5 minute VSL-style ads: around 1-2 days, depending on complexity
3. Revisions: usually 1-2 rounds

Pay
1. Starting pay: $12 per minute of video
2. Bonus: $150 or more for winning ads
3. Higher pay or monthly pay available later if quality, speed, and consistency are good
4. Paid training may be provided for the right person
5. Initial 30-day trial period
