Job Description:
We’re hiring a video editor for our content-driven real estate brand.
 
You’ll be working with established styles and frameworks built around high-retention, talking-head short-form videos. At the same time, we value creative input from someone who understands pacing, storytelling, and how to keep viewers watching. If you enjoy editing content that’s intentional, educational, and you want to sharpen your skills in short-form storytelling, this position is for you.

We create strategic, informational content about high-growth areas in the UAE, breaking down what’s happening, what’s being built, and why it matters. Our focus is on clear storytelling, strong hooks, clean visuals and subtitles, edits that feel sharp, modern, and engaging, content that turns viewers into real inquiries. We’re building a focused creative team that cares about quality and long-term growth.
 
What You’ll Get to Do:
We already have an established style and direction, so you won’t be guessing what we want. At the same time, we value creative input and love editors who bring thoughtful ideas to improve pacing, flow, and engagement.
Edit short-form videos for social media (podcast reels, IG reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
Apply clean, modern subtitle styling
Bring your creative judgment into storytelling flow
Collaborate with a supportive team that values improvement and ideas
Continuously level up your skills while working on content
 
What’s in It for You:
$640/month starting rate with room for growth, raises, and performance bonuses
Performance bonus opportunities — earn up to $500 when 2 deals close
$250 per closed deal, giving you a direct upside as the content you edit drives real results
Focus and consistency: You won’t be juggling random clients
Remote & flexible: Work from home, with a typical shift from 2 PM – 10 PM PHT (flexible if needed)
