URGENT Mid/Senior Web Developer

Role details

-Part-time, 4 hours/day, morning shift (PH time)
-Remote


Required skills & experience
-GoHighLevel (GHL) experience IS A MUST. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE GHL EXPERIENCE (building websites, email templates, etc.)
-3+ years of professional development experience
-Experienced with modern JavaScript ecosystems (React.js, Node.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and similar)
-Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) — not all required
-Strong fundamentals in vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not just framework-dependent)
-Comfortable working with GitHub repositories (clone, push, pull, branches)
-Comfortable reading, tracing, and debugging existing codebases
-Solid grasp of responsive design and cross-browser testing
-Basic SEO awareness (image alt tags, proper heading structure, etc.)
-Performance optimization experience (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights)
-Hands-on with AI tools: ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, and Claude Code (terminal)
-Familiar with collaboration tools like Asana, Figma, and Slack
-English proficient (written and verbal)


Soft skills
-Reliable and self-responsible, can be left alone
-Good with time management
-Strong people skills
-Fast learner with a willingness to grow
-Diligent, reliable, and communicates updates without delays

Good to have (+ a plus)
-CI/CD and GitHub Actions
-Vercel and Firebase deployment experience
-Cloudflare (DNS, caching, page rules, etc.)
-Familiar with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
-Experience with email marketing tools (Drip, Mailchimp, or similar)
