Magandang araw! We are Kruew, a well-established steel detailing firm based in the U.S., and we are looking for a highly technical Tekla Structures specialist from the Philippines to join our team permanently.

This is a rare, specialized opportunity — not a modeling role. We need someone who builds the tools, components, and environments that the entire detailing team depends on.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Developing custom plugins, macros, and automation tools using Tekla Open API (C# / .NET)
- Building parametric custom components (connections, seams, details, parts)
- Creating and maintaining drawing templates, report templates, and title blocks
- Managing the firm's Tekla environment folder structure across all active client projects
- Deploying and updating environment files, catalogs, and configurations consistently
- Onboarding new projects with properly configured Tekla setups from day one

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 3 years of hands-on Tekla Structures experience (detailing or BIM)
- At least 3 years of Tekla Open API development using C# / .NET
- At least 3 years of Trimble Connect experience
- Strong experience building and editing parametric custom components
- Experience with drawing templates and XSR/XSL-based reports
- Deep understanding of Tekla's environment folder architecture (firm, project, model)

BONUS POINTS FOR:
- Experience with Tekla Warehouse
- Knowledge of AISC/AWS steel fabrication standards
- Python or PowerShell scripting for automation
