In this role, you'll help customers by answering questions, solving technical issues, and providing friendly, high-quality support. You'll also learn about each customer's business so you can offer helpful and personalized solutions. What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer questions through our support channels in a clear and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate solutions
- Create, update, and monitor Jira tickets, and escalate issues when needed
- Learn about each customer's business to provide personalized support
- Share basic Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practice recommendations with guidance from the team
- Work closely with teammates to deliver an excellent customer experience
Requirements (MUST HAVE)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to think beyond scripted responses
- Team player who is eager to learn and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Previous customer support experience, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or technology
- Hands-on Shopify experience
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM or ticketing platforms
- Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices
WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP:
- Full-time, remote
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
