About Us

We are The Cotswolds Juice Retreat, a luxury residential juice detox retreat based in the beautiful Cotswolds, UK.

We help guests improve their health through juice fasting, yoga, treatments and a relaxing countryside environment.

We are a small, friendly business looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving systems and making businesses run more efficiently.

You would be an important part of our team.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who loves improving systems, connecting software together and finding smarter ways of working.

This role is not customer service, cold calling or social media management.

Instead, you'll be responsible for improving the technology behind our business.

You'll help us automate repetitive tasks, improve our website tracking, implement AI tools and ensure our marketing systems work correctly.

Responsibilities

Your work may include:

Improving our website tracking and analytics
Setting up Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Managing Google Tag Manager
Installing and testing conversion tracking
Setting up Meta (Facebook) Pixel
Implementing Microsoft Clarity
Creating Looker Studio dashboards
Building simple automations using Zapier or ----------
Improving our Constant Contact email automations
Setting up and maintaining AI chatbots
Testing website forms and booking processes
Improving user experience
Troubleshooting technical issues
Working alongside our web designer and SEO specialist
Researching new tools that could save us time
Documenting processes so the business becomes easier to manage
Skills We'd Like

Experience with several of the following:

Google Analytics 4
Google Tag Manager
Google Ads Conversion Tracking
Meta Pixel
Microsoft Clarity
WordPress
Elementor
Constant Contact
Zapier
----------
Google Looker Studio
ChatGPT / OpenAI
AI automation tools
Basic HTML/CSS (helpful but not essential)

You don't need to know everything on this list, but you should be confident learning new software quickly.

Working With Us

You'll work directly with the business owner.

We're looking for someone who can become our "go-to" technical person.

Our aim is simple:

Every month we'd like our business to become a little more automated, more efficient and easier to run.

If you enjoy improving systems, you'll love this role.

Hours

Initially:

10–20 hours per week

This may increase for the right person.

Flexible working hours.

Remote working.
