We are a premium health, strength and performance business based in Sydney, Australia.

Over the past few years our business has grown significantly, however our digital systems have not kept up.

This project is much more than building a website.

We are looking for an experienced technical specialist to review, modernise and simplify our entire digital ecosystem.

This includes our website, hosting, email infrastructure, domain management, integrations and overall digital architecture.

If you only build websites, this project probably isn't for you.

We are looking for someone who understands websites, hosting, DNS, email, Google Workspace, CRM systems, AI tools and modern business technology.

Your responsibility is to review our current setup and deliver a modern, organised and scalable digital ecosystem that is easy to manage moving forward.

We want recommendations based on best practice, not simply someone following instructions.

# Scope of Work

## 1. Complete Website Rebuild

Our existing website requires a complete overhaul.

This is NOT a redesign.

It is a completely new website.

The current website:

* contains outdated information
* contains outdated timetables
* no longer represents our business
* is missing multiple business divisions
* requires a completely new structure
* requires improved user experience
* requires improved conversion

We are open to your recommendation regarding the most suitable website platform.

Please explain why you recommend that platform.

AI tools are encouraged where they improve quality and efficiency.

The website will include (minimum):

Create a premium team page showcasing:

The page should genuinely showcase our people and culture.

## 4. Review Our Digital Infrastructure

Review every aspect of our current digital setup.

Recommend improvements.

Simplify where possible.

Create a clean, scalable digital ecosystem.

## 5. Email

Review our current email hosting.

If appropriate:

* migrate email hosting into Google Workspace
* retain all existing email addresses
* minimise downtime
* ensure Gmail continues working correctly

## 6. Email Deliverability

This is one of the highest priorities of the project.

We use ACR365 (GoHighLevel White Label) and intend to continue using it.

However our email deliverability requires significant improvement.

You should have experience with:

* GoHighLevel
* SPF
* DKIM
* DMARC
* DNS
* Google Workspace
* Domain Reputation
* Email Authentication

The goal is to maximise inbox placement while continuing to use ACR365 for CRM and marketing automation.

## 7. Domain & Hosting

Review our existing hosting and domain setup.

Recommend the best long-term solution.

If appropriate:

* migrate away from GoDaddy
* simplify hosting
* configure DNS correctly
* document all DNS records

## 8. Website Integrations

Configure and test integrations including:

* Google Workspace
* Google Analytics
* Google Search Console
* Meta Pixel
* ACR365
* Xoda (where appropriate)

## 9. SEO Foundation

Implement SEO best practices including:

* Page Titles
* Meta Descriptions
* Heading Structure
* Image Optimisation
* Sitemap
* Robots.txt
* Schema where appropriate

## 10. Documentation

Before project completion provide complete documentation covering:

* Website platform
* Website hosting
* Domain management
* DNS
* Email
* Google Workspace
* CRM configuration
* Website editing
* Backup procedures
