Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst with strong business acumen and advanced technical skills to help build and support a Project Management Office (PMO) function within the organization. This role bridges business needs and technology solutions across WLW Enterprise and its multiple affiliated businesses. The ideal candidate will support the development of PMO processes and practices, perform full stack development, build and maintain SharePoint sites, make quick adjustments to websites, troubleshoot technical issues, review billing and operational data, and consistently deliver tangible results through weekly work reviews and progress reporting. This person proactively identifies improvement opportunities and brings forward practical, business-aligned technical solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing basic PMO processes, standards, templates, tracking mechanisms, and reporting practices to support project coordination and governance across the organization.
Analyze business processes and operational needs across multiple business lines; identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical technology or process solutions.
Build, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, including architecture, permissions, workflows, and content organization to support collaboration across teams and affiliates.
Perform full stack development and make timely adjustments to websites and digital platforms as needed to meet business requirements.
Conduct weekly reviews of assigned work, prepare progress reports, and clearly demonstrate tangible results and deliverables.
Provide technical troubleshooting and general support for systems, hardware, and software issues in the office and across multiple business locations.
Review billing information and operational data for accuracy; identify discrepancies and support data-driven improvements.
Proactively identify areas where technology or processes can be improved and present recommended solutions with clear business rationale.
Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, changes, and project outcomes.
Support user adoption of new tools and systems across the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
General understanding of basic project management principles and PMO concepts, with the ability to help establish and support structured project practices.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operations across multiple service lines and translate needs into effective technology solutions.
Proficiency in full stack web development, including frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend technologies, with the ability to make quick and effective adjustments to websites and digital platforms.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining SharePoint Online sites (site creation, customization, permissions, and workflows).
Proven ability to conduct weekly work reviews, deliver clear progress reports, and consistently produce tangible, measurable results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset for identifying improvements and recommending solutions.
Experience providing technical troubleshooting and user support in a professional environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in or supporting multi-business enterprises, particularly in behavioral health, childcare, daycare, education, or related service-based industries.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).
Experience reviewing and analyzing billing or operational data.
Prior experience implementing or supporting digital tools that improve business operations and efficiency.
