We source entirely from China and fulfill orders across multiple European markets. Our team is small, fast-moving, and operationally driven.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team remotely. This is a fully operational role: you will be responsible for keeping our supply chain running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with the operations lead and report directly to him.

As we are building a demand planning tool that will become your primary working instrument from September onwards, you will first be onboarded on our current systems and processes before transitioning to the new tool.

Responsibilities

Follow up with Chinese suppliers on production timelines and shipment readiness
Plan and coordinate inbound shipments to our fulfillment platforms, including Amazon FBA and ---------- LVB
Send and manage shipping documentation to all relevant stakeholders (suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PLs)
Monitor inbound inventory and flag risks proactively
Maintain and update Airtable with accurate, up-to-date supply chain data
Support replenishment planning across platforms (Amazon FBA, ---------- LVB, ---------- )

What We're Looking For

Experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or e-commerce operations
Strong follow-up skills and comfortable communicating assertively with suppliers
Highly organized, process-driven, and accurate
Comfortable working with tools like Airtable, Excel, and operational dashboards
Good written English (supplier and stakeholder communication is in English)
Available fulltime and able to work during European business hours (or significant overlap)
