What you'll actually be doing
-Writing and publishing Substack posts
-Reaching out to other Substack writers to swap newsletter recommendations and grow the subscriber base
-Leave real, thoughtful comments on posts from the right people

You're the right person if
-You live inside AI tools. You don't "use ChatGPT sometimes." Claude and ChatGPT are open on your screen every day. You take someone's prompts and systems and run with them without slowing down.
-You have a sharp visual eye. You know the difference between a lazy AI-generated image and a punchy graph or sourced photo that makes a point land and you go find the second one instead of settling for the first.
-You are self-directed. You get the goal, not the steps. Grow the subscribers, keep the clients happy. You figure out the rest and report back on what you did.
-You are reliable. You show up daily on the account that needs daily attention, every single day, without needing a reminder.

-You've grown a newsletter or an online audience before. Show us if you have.

5. Two quick exercises:
-Exercise A: Write a 150-word Substack post intro on this: "Why most people in finance will never talk about burnout, and why that needs to change." Write it like it's going out to real paid subscribers tomorrow
-Exercise B: Pick one image to go with that post. No AI images. Where do you look, what do you pick, and why? Two to three sentences
