Role Summary
- As a Static Ad Designer, you will own the image side of our Meta creative engine. Your primary focus is producing high-converting static ads at volume; concepts, hooks, layouts and variations that get tested immediately and judged on numbers.
- You must have a deep understanding of Direct Response (DR) principles. We are not looking for beautiful graphics; we are looking for graphics that win in the auction. You will work closely with the Creative Strategy, Media Buying and Growth teams, turning performance data into the next batch of winning visual concepts, and killing the ones that don't earn their spend.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-volume static ad creative for Meta across multiple brands and niches.
- Build systematic variations: hooks, headlines, layouts, social proof, comparison charts, before/afters, UGC-style statics, native-looking placements.
- Turn winning video angles into statics, and winning statics into new angles for video.
- Adapt creative for Shopify landing pages and PDPs so the ad-to-page experience doesn't break.
- Use AI tools to compress production time: generate, retouch, extend, upscale and localize at speed.
- Analyze KPIs (CTR, hook rate, CPA, ROAS) to refine creative direction in real-time.

Requirements (Must-Have)
- Proven DR Background: Extensive experience designing static ads for direct response e-commerce.
- High-Volume Output: Experience shipping dozens of static iterations weekly without quality collapse.
- Portfolio: A proven track record of winning statics tied to real performance data, not a brand book.
- Tooling: Advanced Photoshop; Figma and Illustrator at working level.
- English: Solid written and spoken English, with meaningful CET overlap.

Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in the US market (specifically 40+ female audience).
- DTC experience, ideally in skincare, health, or wellness niches.
- Background in direct response copywriting, you can write your own headline.
- Motion or video editing ability for quick statics-to-video adaptations.
- Hands-on experience inside the Shopify and Meta Ads ecosystem, and an understanding of how the two connect.
- Deep hands-on AI experience.
