Software QA Tester

About Us
TYS, S.L.U. is an international company based in the Principality of Andorra. For many years, we have provided crew placement services for the superyacht industry. As part of our continued growth, we have expanded into software development. We currently have one software product in the market, one awaiting its official release, and another scheduled to launch in Q1 2027. We are looking for a QA Tester to help ensure the quality, reliability, and functionality of our existing and upcoming software products.

Job Summary
The role is primarily focused on manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for testing new features, identifying and documenting defects, verifying fixes, and helping improve our testing processes and automation coverage.

The role requires ample JavaScript knowledge and a good understanding of full-stack web applications, as you will test user interfaces, REST APIs, backend services, and overall application functionality.

What You’ll Do
* Create, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases.
* Perform manual testing for new features, bug fixes, and regressions.
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript.
* Identify, document, and track software defects.
* Work with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.
* Participate in sprint planning, feature reviews, and release testing.
* Test REST APIs and backend services.
* Validate UI and UX functionality across different browsers and devices.
* Help improve testing processes, tools, and automation coverage.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
* Ample knowledge of JavaScript.
* Good understanding of full-stack web applications, including frontend and backend functionality.
* Experience testing REST APIs.
* Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
* Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Must be willing to commit exclusively to this full-time position.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Andorra time, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Salary and Benefits
* Starting salary of PHP 20,000 per month
* Salary increases to PHP25,000 per month after the first month
* In-house healthcare fund after successful completion of the 6-month probationary period
* 20 days of vacation leave per year
* 15 days of sick leave per year
* Philippine holidays observed
