Shopify Web Developer / Shopify Expert (Long-Term)

Role

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Web Developer / Shopify Expert to join our team on a long-term basis.

You will be responsible for building our new Shopify website from the ground up, while also maintaining, improving, and optimizing our existing Shopify stores.

We are looking for someone who works independently, thinks proactively, solves problems efficiently, and enjoys improving processes behind the scenes. We value reliability, attention to detail, and someone who takes ownership of their work.

Responsibilities
Maintain and improve our existing Shopify stores.
Customize Shopify themes, pages, and layouts.
Upload and organize products, collections, and content.
Install, configure, and manage Shopify apps.
Optimize website speed, performance, and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve Shopify-related issues.
Implement new features and improvements.
Perform ongoing website updates and maintenance.
Support our team with day-to-day Shopify-related tasks.
Communicate progress and collaborate effectively with our team.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of proven Shopify experience.
Experience building complete Shopify stores from scratch.
Strong knowledge of Shopify, Liquid, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Experience with Shopify themes, apps, and third-party integrations.
Experience maintaining and optimizing existing Shopify stores.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection.
Looking for a long-term collaboration.
Nice to Have
Experience with WooCommerce.
Experience with Klaviyo, ---------- , Shopify Flow, or similar Shopify apps.
Basic SEO knowledge.
Experience with Canva or Photoshop.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Experience with Google Workspace and Notion.
