About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies and a proven track record of increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits.
Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structures.
Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Build and execute link-building campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics.
Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams.
Stay up to date with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Expert, or similar role.
Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of technical SEO, website architecture, and basic HTML/CSS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
Nice to Have
Experience with local SEO and international SEO.
Familiarity with content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Basic knowledge of PPC and digital advertising.
Important Information Before You Apply

We are looking for someone who is seeking a long-term, full-time career, not short-term contract work or freelance opportunities.

This position is not suitable for contractors, labour hire companies, agencies, or applicants who intend to work multiple jobs simultaneously.

Position Details

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Break: One-hour lunch break each day

Starting Salary: PHP 10,000 per week, paid fortnightly

Salary Review

The starting salary applies during the one-month probation period.

At the completion of the trial, we will conduct a performance review. We are happy to increase the salary for the right person based on their reliability, attitude, productivity, and overall contribution. We believe in rewarding people who consistently perform well and become valuable members of our team.
