Senior Web Developer — Content Personalization & Server Routing

We’re hiring an expert web developer to implement server-side content routing and personalization across our sites. Responsibilities include building robust rules for geo/IP and device-based content delivery, user-agent detection and handling, A/B testing support, server-side rendering (SSR) optimizations, and safe use of reverse proxies/CDNs (Nginx, Varnish, Cloudflare Workers, etc.). Candidate must demonstrate experience with: request/response header handling, bot detection, SEO-safe practices, performance and security best practices, and automated testing.

Required skills (bullet)
Advanced knowledge: Nginx, Varnish, Cloudflare/CDN edge workers, or similar
Experience with server-side rendering, middleware, and reverse-proxy rules
Experience detecting/handling user-agent, IP, geolocation, and device signals
Understanding of SEO implications and safe alternatives to cloaking
Strong security, logging, and audit practices
Portfolio or references showing lawful use-cases (A/B tests, personalization, content gating)
