JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Workspace Engineer to build the interface enterprise customers actually see and use: the screen where they review evidence, approve AI activity, manage policy, and see exactly how their AI usage is governed. Everything the rest of our engineering team builds is invisible unless someone can make it visible, reviewable, and trustworthy to a non-technical enterprise user - that's this role.

This is a single browser-based web application, usable on both desktop and mobile - no separate native apps in this phase.

What you'll own: the core application, governance dashboards showing policy and routing status, an evidence viewer that makes audit trails legible to enterprise reviewers, approval and escalation workflows, and an administration console for users and access. You'll also own making all of this genuinely responsive and installable across desktop and mobile browsers.

What you won't own: the privacy engineering, routing, or governance logic underneath the interface (those are owned by other specialist roles) - your authority is over how all of it is presented, tested, and made usable, not the underlying logic itself.

We're looking for 8+ years of senior front-end engineering experience delivering production enterprise applications, strong UX judgment - able to make dense governance and audit data legible rather than just decorative, experience critically reviewing AI-generated code for security and data-exposure risk in the UI layer, and real testing discipline, not just visual polish.

This is a fully remote, primarily asynchronous role. We keep live meetings to a minimum - typically just one or two scheduled check-ins per week with our CTO, timed to land at a reasonable hour for both sides.

We're building a long-term core team, not filling a short-term gig - compensation is negotiated individually based on your experience and what you bring to the role, and we intend to grow both pay and benefits as the team and company mature.

Our process: application review, then a short screening call, then a practical technical exercise relevant to the role, then a technical discussion with our CTO, then a final conversational interview, then offer. We aim to move quickly and keep you updated at each stage.
